Teens Tech Incubator (TTI)

The Teens Tech Incubator (TTI) is a global, hybrid technology program designed to introduce teenagers to Artificial Intelligence (AI), coding, and future-ready digital skills at an early age. Powered by the ELF Foundation in collaboration with Texas Business School (TBS), this program equips students with the knowledge, tools, and mindset to thrive in an AI-driven world.

TTI combines hands-on learning, global collaboration, and real-world application, helping teens not only understand technology—but use it to enhance their learning, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

  • 1. Two-Week Summer Incubator (TTI Core Program) 

    $150.00

    Duration: 2 Weeks (Monday – Friday) 
    Daily Commitment: 3 Hours
    Fee: $150 Eligibility: Ages 13 – 19

    This intensive summer experience introduces students to the fundamentals of AI and technology in a structured, engaging format.

 

  • 2. Advanced 8-Month Tech Accelerator Program 

    $1,500.00

    Duration: 8 Months Schedule: 3 Days per Week
    Fee: $1,500
    Eligibility: Ages 17 – 19

    Designed for older teens ready to go deeper, this program provides extended training, certification preparation, and career readiness support.
     

  • 3. Advanced 8-Month Tech Accelerator Program 

    $1,500.00

    Duration: 8 Months Schedule: 3 Days per Week
    Fee: $1,500
    Eligibility: Ages 17 – 19

What Students Will Learn

Teen Tech Incubator is designed to take students from basic understanding to practical application:

IT Foundations/Programming/AI

🔹 IT Foundations

  • How computers, networks, and the internet work
  • Introduction to cloud and modern digital systems

🔹 Python Programming (Beginner Level)

  • Core programming concepts
  • Writing simple programs
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving


🔹 Artificial Intelligence & AI Tools 

  •    Introduction to AI and how it works 
  •     AI agents and automation 
  •     Understanding Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT 

🔹 AI for Academic Success 

  •    Using AI for research and studying 
  •    Improving productivity and learning efficiency 
  •    Smart and responsible use of AI in school 

🔹 Ethical & Responsible AI 

  •    Understanding risks, bias, and misuse 
  •    Digital responsibility and safe practices 

🔹 Teamwork & Project Development 

  •    Students work in small groups of 10 (Team A, B, C, etc.) 
  •    Each group has a student team lead 
  •    Hands-on collaborative projects 
  •    Training on how to write and present a project report

Students are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions
  • Participate actively in team activities
  • Commit to the final in-person training day (Friday)
  • Attend the graduation ceremony (Saturday) (varies by city)

  • Prizes awarded during the program

All successful participants of the 2-week program will receive a

Certificate of Completion from Texas Business School (TBS)

Advanced 8-Month Program (Ages 17–19)

Students in the 8-month program will receive deeper training in specialized areas such as:

Participants will be prepared to pursue entry-level tech opportunities with strong earning potential (starting from ~$50,000/year)

Age Requirements

  • Core Program: Ages 13 – 19
  • Advanced Program: Ages 17 – 19
  • Limited waivers may be granted for ages slightly outside the range (12 or 20)
