Our Leadership Team
Lucky Felix
Technology Leader | AI Strategist | Entrepreneur | Educator
Lucky Felix is a seasoned technology leader, innovation strategist, and entrepreneur with nearly three decades of experience in IT, enterprise systems, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
He is the Director of JMDL Consulting, Partner at JMDL Immigration Services, ERO at JMDL Tax Solutions, and a Board Member and Professor at Texas Business School. He also serves as a Trustee of the ELF Foundation and Fellow/Board Member of NITE, where he supports technology education, youth development, teachers’ welfare, and environmental sustainability.
Lucky holds degrees and executive training from institutions including the Toronto School of Management, MIT, and Harvard Business School, along with certifications in Cisco, SAP, Scrum, and IRS ERO services. He is also a Fellow of the British Computer Society.
Through his businesses and community programs, Lucky has empowered thousands with IT skills and continues to champion innovation, workforce development, and practical technology education.
Chichi Eyo
SAP S/4HANA | Ariba Supply Chain Consultant | Women in Tech Leader |
Chichi is an accomplished SAP Supply Chain Consultant and enterprise systems expert with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, SAP procurement, S/4HANA, EWM, and Ariba.
She is currently a Senior SAP Consultant at Infosys and teaches enterprise systems part-time at Texas Business School in Houston. Her consulting experience includes work with global organizations such as Deloitte, Tailored Brands, BP, PepsiCo, Ulta Beauty, and other major enterprise clients.
Chichi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering and multiple certifications in Cisco and SAP technologies. She is also a Fellow of NITE and a Trustee of the ELF Foundation.
Beyond consulting, she is passionate about mentorship, women’s empowerment, and capacity building. Through initiatives such as Women in SAP, Women in Cybersecurity, and Women in AI, she supports women and young professionals in building successful careers in technology.
