Although newly registered in Texas in February 2025, ELF Foundation has already begun creating meaningful impact through educational and community-based programs organized in Texas.
Our growing network of volunteers, educators, professionals, and partners continues to strengthen our ability to reach more communities and expand our initiatives locally and internationally.
